Campaign Strategy
Needing to take your advocacy and campaigning to the next level, or need someone to step in on a temporary or part-time basis? I have nearly two decades of experience leading campaigns at the state or local level, including everything from campaign planning, lobbying, training volunteers, mobilizing constituents across digital and in-person platforms, and small and large event planning.

Nope, my name is not Iris—it’s Tessa D’Arcangelew Ampersand (she/her)—and I’ve been involved in change-making organizations and initiatives my whole life, as a volunteer, a worker, a leader, and a founder. As a professional organizer and advocate, manager, and organizational president, I’ve seen all sides of what it takes to run a team, plan, and carry out successful strategies.
